An Integrative Approach

We are a good fit if you're navigating trauma, grief, or a significant life change and want to feel more connected to yourself and others. You might understand your patterns but still find yourself feeling overwhelmed, shutting down, or struggling to express what you need.

My approach integrates Somatic Experiencing, attachment theory, and relational therapy. Together, we explore how your experiences, relationships, and cultural context have shaped the ways you protect yourself and seek connection. I approach these patterns with curiosity and respect for what they have helped you get through.

Sessions include conversations, emotional exploration, and gentle attention to body cues, such as tension, changes in breathing, or a sense of settling. This work does not involve physical touch. We move at a pace that allows you to stay engaged and have a say in what we explore.

I believe meaningful change involves both understanding your experiences and having opportunities to respond differently. Our relationship offers a place to explore trust, practice expressing feelings and needs, and notice what happens when you feel understood, or misunderstood. Your feedback matters.

Our work may include recognizing overwhelm earlier, using coping skills more intentionally, setting boundaries, and finding greater choice in your relationships. With grief, we can explore how to live alongside loss while allowing connection, meaning, and joy to remain possible.

I work with adults 18 and older, in person in Westlake Village and virtually throughout California. A consultation gives us a chance to discuss what you're seeking and whether my approach feels right for you.

A Place for Meaningful Change

I see therapy as part of the quiet infrastructure of healing: a consistent relationship in which your experiences can be witnessed, your protective responses can be understood, and new ways of relating can gradually take root.

Healing is rarely a straight line. It can include grief, humor, resistance, relief, uncertainty, and moments of recognition that arrive unexpectedly. My role is not to tell you who to become. It is to help you listen more closely to yourself and support your movement toward a life that feels increasingly authentic, connected, and your own.

A consultation is a brief conversation to see whether working together feels right. No forms, no commitment.
