Schedule a Consultation
Let's Begin With a Conversation
You do not need to have everything organized before reaching out.
Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable. You may be unsure how to describe what is happening, whether your concerns are significant enough for therapy, or whether I will understand what you need.
A consultation gives us an opportunity to talk briefly about what is bringing you to therapy, what kind of support you are looking for, and whether my approach may be a good fit.
You are also welcome to ask questions about Somatic Experiencing, couples therapy, fees, scheduling, telehealth, or what the process may look like. The consultation is not a commitment to begin therapy. It is a first step toward determining what kind of support feels right.
How to Reach Out
There is no form to fill out. Email directly, and include a brief note about what kind of support you are looking for.

What to Include in Your Message
Please share only a brief description. You do not need to include detailed or highly sensitive clinical information.
- Your name (and pronouns, if you'd like)
- Email address and phone number
- Preferred method of contact — email, phone, or text
- Whether you are seeking individual or couples therapy
- A brief note about what you'd like support with
- Whether you prefer in-person, telehealth, or either

After You Reach Out
After receiving your message, I will contact you using your preferred method to arrange a consultation or let you know whether I currently have an opening that matches your needs. During the consultation, we may discuss:
- What is bringing you to therapy
- What you hope will feel different
- Whether you are seeking individual or couples therapy
- Your scheduling needs
- Fees and payment
- In-person or telehealth preferences
- Any questions you have about my approach
When it appears that another therapist or service would be more appropriate, I will offer referrals when possible.
